Dr. Tucker Coppage acquired his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University in 2022. Tucker completed his residency training in orthopaedic physical therapy at Mercer University in 2023 and is currently completing his fellowship training in orthopaedic manual physical therapy. Before attending Mercer University, Tucker received his Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia in 2019.

Dr. Coppage currently utilizes advanced training and certifications in trigger point dry needling, spinal manipulation, and neurodynamics. His clinical specialties include manual therapy, management of post-operative conditions, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, movement analysis, and injury prevention.

Dr. Coppage is currently a member of the orthopaedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), American Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (APTA-G), and the North American Spine Society (NASS).

Tucker and his wife, Maggie live in Marietta with their three loving dogs. In his spare time, Tucker loves getting out on the course to play golf, heading to the lake or the mountains for a weekend getaway, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Mason Dwinnell received his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University in 2022. He is also currently a resident in Mercer University’s Orthopedic Residency program.

Dr. Dwinnell is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified. His clinical interests include sports and athletic injuries, manual therapy, pain science, spinal mobilization/manipulation, movement analysis, injury prevention and return to sport rehabilitation. He is passionate about treating patients with a multifaceted approach that is individualized to achieve the patient’s goals.

Dr. Dwinnell is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (PTAG), Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (AOPT), American Academy of Sports Physical (AASPT), and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). He is also currently the President and founder of Mercer University’s AAOMPT Student Special Interest Group.

Mason and his fiancé, Kelsey, live in Druid Hills, GA. In his free time, Mason enjoys playing golf and corn hole, working out, and cheering on the Braves, the Tar Heels, and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Dr. Rhett Roberson received his Bachelors in Education from the University of Georgia in 2005 and acquired his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in 2009. He completed the inaugural Residency in Orthopaedic Phyiscal Therapy at Mercer University in 2010 and went on to achieve a board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In 2017, Rhett finished a Fellowship of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy which is the pinnacle of clinical education in orthopaedic PT.

Dr. Roberson is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified and holds advanced training/certifications in dry needling, spinal mobilization/manipulation, kinesiotaping, and neurodynamics. His clinical interests include manual therapy, chronic pain, sports and athletic injuries, and health and wellness/injury prevention. Dr. Roberson has served the profession of physical therapy in many capacities including as member of the Board of Directors of the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (PTAG) as a Director and on the Georgia Foundation for Physical Therapy (GFPT) board since 2011 where he currently serves as Vice President. He received the 2018 Outstanding Physical Therapist in Georgia from the PTAG. He was also awarded the ‘Emerging Leader’ award for Georgia by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Rhett and his wife, Katie, live in Dunwoody, GA with their dog Sadie May. In his spare time, Rhett enjoys working out, playing golf, hiking, and cheering on his alma mater Georgia Bulldogs.
